Green lentils from Le Puy. Maison Arnabar

To accompany your meat dishes, we offer a verrine of Puy lentils, a speciality of Le Puy-en-Velay. It has had AOC status since 1996 and AOP (protected designation of origin) status since 2008. The unique characteristics of its terroir give this product exceptional gastronomic qualities (quick cooking, non-floury texture, etc.). Our gastronomic specialities are cooked using traditional methods with ingredients from our farm and carefully selected from farmers in our valley. True to our family recipes, we add no colourings or preservatives. We take particular care with cooking times to preserve textures and flavours.
