This Espelette chili pepper based block of foie gras is made out of Foie gras pieces. Ideal to prepare amazing canapés and toasts. Leave the block of foie gras in the fridge in order to slice it easily. Cut the can on both sides, take the bottom side off, and use the top one to push your foie gras out of the can: you will then obtain beautiful slices!

Ingredients: Reconstituted Duck liver, Duck liver pieces 30%, salt, Espelette chili pepper (0.3%), pepper, sugar.
