These fillets of line-caught tuna are slowly simmered in a Basquaise sauce (onions, tomatoes, peppers). A touch of Espelette pepper to spice things up. Simply heat over a low heat and eat with potatoes, rice or pasta and the friend of your choice.
Can be stored in a cool place for 3 days after opening.
Ingredients: white albacore tuna from the Glof de Gascogne (approx. 140 g), organic green and red peppers, diced organic tomatoes, organic olive oil, organic garlic, organic fish stock, organic herbs, salt, organic agar-agar, organic Espelette chilli pepper (0.1 %).
