Sal de Oro fleur de sel is unlike any other. It consists of fine flakes of salt that float on the surface of salt water.
This is the first crystallisation and harvesting involves fishing the floating crystals by hand before they sink to the bottom.
It is distinguished by its unique texture, due to the authentic climate of our saltworks, located in the mountains of Navarra.

We extract this saline wonder from a natural source over 220 million years old at the foot of the Pyrenees.

Behind this natural phenomenon, a family of master salt makers has been producing pure spring salt in a completely traditional way for generations. With their expert hands and technical knowledge.

It is the knowledge and experience passed down from generation to generation that, with the help of nature, allows us to produce our salt today.
