Blend: 25% Cabernet Franc, 35% Tannat, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification: direct pressing and bleeding, controlled fermentation at 16-18°C.

Ageing: 3 to 4 months, then bottled in the spring to preserve the fruit.

Ageing period: 2 years. Alcohol content: 13.5°.
