Article 3 – Full satisfaction or full refund
After parcel delivery, you have 7 days, to send it back, at your own expense and in its original packaging in order to get your money back or to exchange your products During this precise delivery period, you have a total guarantee as for the sending back of your parcel, we won’t ask you for any kind of justification.However, we wouldn’t accept any product. Which would have been be started or opened. Even so, in the case of the obvious qualitative anomaly of an opened product, the guarantee would actually be applied on this article. (In any case, the product has got to be untouched and sent as soon as posible, with its previous packaging. We will refund the sending back expenses) Besides, this seven days delivery return period isn’t applied to the perishable foodstuffs. Article 4 – The prices
The prices specified in €uros are net prices and they are handling charges free The prices can be changed at any time and without notice, as the articles are invoiced in reference to the price in force the very day the customer places an order The orders can be paid in €uros only, by credit card or by cheque worded in Euros and sent to Bipia before we send the order.
Article 5 – Contribution to the postage and handling
The shipping fees are calculated, all-in-one-payment and they immediately appear on the order form according to the delivery area specified by the customer.

Any parcel posted to France is sent the very day following the receipt of your order , considering we receive it before 11 am. For the orders received after 11 am, the parcels are posted 2 days after receipt. Once the delivery process is started, your order is being delivered within 48 to 72 hours, in colissmo, which enables you to trace the parcel.
For all the parcels sent abroad, you can choose between a standard or an express delivery, the delivery time depending upon the destination. Delivery time is calculated according the working days, out of handling problems, and according to the availability of the products.

The contingent customs are to be assumed by the recipient.of the order. These duties don’t depend on Bipia. The customer must get informed about the the potential restrictions concerning the importation or the use of the products he is planning to order.

The pending agreement has been writen in English. The pending terms and conditions cannot be applied to the orders of Professionals. If it happens to be your case, contact us and a specific agreement will be established. If the customer isn’t a French resident, the litigation concerning the commercial relations with Bipia will be entirely subjected to the competent French jurisdictions. The pending conditions and terms don’t deprive the customers living out of France of the rules established by the International conventions.
