Preserved and pickled Espelette chilli peppers, to savour with a piperade, an axoa(minced veal meat),it even makes an omelette tasty. Buy the product online.

To be used with « axoa », « piperade », ratatouille, omelettes. Delicious with preparations based on veal, rabbit, lamb or in a pot-au-feu. It’s a delight with fish, grilled or cooked the Spanish way. It suits the salads with tomatoes and onions. In the Gaxuxa rice, in the pintxos (Spanish tapas) as you enjoy “aperitif time”.
