Our tomato sauce is a perfect fusion between traditional Basque Cuisine and modern gastronomy. Coming from an ancestral recipe, we use the “piperade” instead of ketchup.
As for the bazk’ ona sweet sauce: the combination of the savour of sweet chilli pepper with the unusual taste of Espelette chilli pepper shall transcend your simplest recipes: Pasta, rice, meat and fish… The spicy Bazk’ Ona sauce, is slightly more spicy as it contains a bigger amount of Espelette chilli pepper.
