To replace pepper or mustard, the Espelette pepper chilli paste can be used not only for grilled meat, but also to flavour your pasta, on rice or on puree, on eggs, inside the sandwiches and into the salad dressings.
The Espelette pepper sauce is flavoured and spicy at the same time. You can use our “Bayonnaise” to replace the mustard in your mayonnaise, or simply in combination with mayonnaise.
Mix it up with dairy cream, cottage cheese or yogurt. Use it in deglaze cooking or when you prepare hot sauces. Spread it on the side of your plate in combination with cold or warm meat, fish and roasting meat.
